A Sprint can be used for almost anything that improves your website. Here are some of the most common things we work on during a dedicated day.

Maintenance & troubleshooting
Software updates, security checks, backup setup, broken functionality, error messages, plugin or platform issues, and the technical problems that have been sitting on the list for too long.
Performance & speed
Page speed improvements, image optimization, caching, technical cleanup, Core Web Vitals, and other changes that make the site faster and smoother to use.

How it works

Comlog Sprint is designed to be simple and efficient. We review the work up front, agree on the priorities, and then spend the day focused on getting as much done as possible.

1. Send us your list

Send over everything you’d like us to work on, ideally in priority order. It can include small fixes, improvements, updates, or new functionality — we always start with what matters most.

2. We review it first

Before the Sprint, we review your website and the list so we know what we’re working with. If anything needs clarification, we’ll sort that out beforehand and set realistic expectations for what can fit into the day.

3. We focus on your website for the day

On Sprint day, your website gets our full attention. We work through the agreed priorities without filling the day with meetings, status calls, or unnecessary project management.

4. You get the results

At the end of the day, you get a clear summary of what was completed, what changed, and anything that remains if the list was larger than one day could realistically cover.

What Comlog Sprint isn’t

A Sprint isn’t intended for large projects. We can’t build an entirely new website, complete a full redesign, or develop a complex application in a single day. For work at that scale, we’ll recommend a more appropriate project setup.

It’s also not a collaborative workshop day. The Sprint works best when the priorities are agreed on beforehand and we can spend the day producing rather than continuously revising the list or waiting for decisions.
